Project Description

TOTAL AutoCare, an omni-channel application to engage and reward customers for their purchases and incentivize repeat purchases, was developed to be used directly by customer through a dedicate web application and an iPad based application deployed to partner service centers. The solution built the base on which TOTAL's future customer engagement and service recording tools for improved customer relationship management.
