 Reson8 Messaging Server is a complete, Text Messaging solution enabling organisations to provide SMS messaging facilities to their personnel and corporate information systems using existing messaging infrastructure and line of business applications.
Reson8 Messaging Server runs on Windows NT/2000/XP operating systems. The system provides multiple channels, GSM Modem, HTTP or SMPP, for broadcasting messages. Reson8 Messaging Server is available in 3 different editions: A Network or GSM Modem based 2-Way SMS solution for sending and receiving messages from employees and customers. Message processing infrastructure to allow Client to operate a Short Message Service directly between Client's IP network and GSM mobile phones. A middleware system to receive and process SMS requests, "pull messaging" from mobile phones.
The messaging routes can easily and quickly switch between the GSM, IP Gateway, or SMSC channel to send messages using different transports. The transports can be selected programmatically. Reson8 Messaging Server offers built-in support for access management and customer account creation, connectivity and routing to multiple transports, a powerful business rules engine to process and validate all outgoing and incoming messages, and complete billing, reporting and account information management and archiving. Reson8 Enterprise consists of a Reson8 Enterprise Web Interface, and Reson8 Enterprise communications platform. Reson8 Enterprise is a complete enterprise-class solution that provides intelligent and interactive communications capabilities, enabling real-time delivery of business data across wireless devices. It allows you to communicate with your customers and mobile workforce as well as alerting and notifying them, on their preferred/selected communication device wherever they are, at any point in time. An end-to-end solution incorporating a user-friendly web interface that enables access to Reson8 Enterprise’s different features, Reson8 Enterprise allows you to manage your customers and messages. In addition, Reson8 Enterprise enables the system administrator to manage the users and organize them into groups based on privileges. From the UCS SMS website, users will have access to the online SMS solution where they will use the assigned access credentials (username/password) to access Reson8 Online’s features. Once the user is logged in, the user can manage address books, messages, compose and schedule messages for marketing, and review reports. Unique Computer Systems FZE will help the customer by: Setting up an interface for access by the customer and their staff to send notifications to customers. We will set up required number of user accounts to use the system with different login id and password. This interface will be the front-end to a database driven system that will automatically send out messages to mobile numbers entered in batch or manual mode by the staff. Setting up redundant access for an SMS gateway via which the messages will be sent. Setting up additional headers for the messages to clearly identify the customer as the provider of the information.
