As we are growing and support more customers daily, we are working to improve our customer support and satisfaction levels.
In order to further enhance our support to our valued customers, we are introducing some new processes into our existing support system.
We are now introducing a new support email address as
support@ucssolutions.com, which will be dedicated for any support requests.
The contact numbers for the support desk are +971 6 525 4491extensions: 2001 or 2007. All support requests need to be logged through these contact numbers for response as per agreed SLA.
One or more customer personnel need to be registered as the official support contact from the customer's side. All requests for support will be received from this contact and logged for response. Requests received from other personnel will need to be verified with the primary contact prior to being logged.
We have established an IT service help desk and all reported issues will be tracked via this help desk.
A tiered support team has been put in place to provide you with answers in a faster, more efficient manner.
