How it works
A user submits a SalesWorx-specific question to their assistant. The assistant queries the SalesWorx MCP tool. The tool searches the relevant manuals and returns the extracted content along with a page reference. The assistant constructs its response from that content and cites the source.
What changes with SalesWorx MCP
SalesWorx MCP does not generate responses from general knowledge. It retrieves the relevant content from the official manuals and builds each response from that material directly. If a question falls outside what the manuals cover, the assistant states this rather than producing a guess. This allows every answer to be checked against its source, a distinction with direct implications for training accuracy and audit requirements.

Built for how SalesWorx is used
SalesWorx spans multiple product lines, and a single, un-scoped connection would mix manuals that should remain separate.
SalesWorx MCP instead provides a dedicated connection for each line of business. Credit Sales draws from the Credit Sales BackOffice and iPad manuals, used primarily by pharmaceutical and clinic sales teams. Van Sales is scoped to its own BackOffice and mobile manuals, serving FMCG and general-item field sales teams. DigIsal maintains a separate set covering delivery and logistics operations. A team connects only to the product line relevant to its work, and every response drawn from that connection remains within the correct set of manuals.
Security
SalesWorx MCP is retrieval-only. It returns documentation content and page references, with no access to customer data, personal information, or the ability to modify records. Each connection is scoped to a single product line, and all traffic runs over standard HTTPS encryption.
